Dr. Ednora Mason, DNP, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, PMHNP-C, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and seasoned healthcare executive with nearly three decades of clinical, administrative, and community-based mental health experience. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Capella University in October 2025 and brings a distinguished record of leadership, direct care expertise, and system-level oversight across assisted living, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. Dr. Mason’s background reflects a deep commitment to high-quality, compassionate, and outcomes-driven psychiatric care.

Ednora Mason is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 28 years of experience in nursing, mental health, and community-based care. Her journey began at age 13, working alongside her family in founding Heart & Soul LLC and Heart & Soul CDC, organizations devoted to strengthening mental health and wellness within the community. This early foundation shaped her lifelong commitment to service, advocacy, and compassionate leadership.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C, Wilkes University, 2025), Ednora combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership. She is also completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with graduation expected in October 2025.

As Executive Administrator, she provides oversight for a wide range of services—including assisted living, group homes, sponsor homes, psychosocial rehabilitation, and skill-building programs—ensuring that each area delivers compassionate, high-quality care. She also mentors and trains staff, equipping them to meet the needs of diverse populations with excellence.

Ednora’s practice is especially focused on supporting professionals who silently struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and the pressures of high-demand careers. She provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps individuals regain focus, reduce stress, and rebuild confidence, offering care that goes beyond treatment to truly restore balance
and peace of mind.

Her career reflects a holistic approach to care, blending professional training with a deeply personal mission to restore dignity and create opportunities for individuals living with mental health challenges. She has served as an expert witness, a certified trainer in therapeutic and direct care practices, and a mentor for the next generation of healthcare
providers.

Her vision is clear: to expand access to high-quality psychiatric and medical services, especially for underserved and overlooked populations. Through her leadership, clinical practice, and educational initiatives, Ednora continues to inspire and empower others to make healthcare more equitable, compassionate, and impactful.

Outside of her professional roles, Ednora enjoys traveling with her husband and family, learning more about mental health and wellness, and sharing encouragement with others. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, she finds joy in helping people spiritually as well as emotionally. Above all, she values quality time with her loved ones and seeks to inspire
others through both her work and her life.
