Crowne Initiative Services is a nurse practitioner–led health and wellness practice dedicated to supporting both mental and physical well-being. We offer a unique blend of psychiatric medication management, ADHD and anxiety support, weight management programs, and medical cannabis assessments. Our approach combines proven clinical expertise with genuine personal understanding, helping clients achieve long-term mental wellness and whole-person health.

Currently, we operate on a private pay basis, with insurance credentialing in progress to make our services more widely accessible.
